TATCHA - BEAUTY IS SIMPLE.

 

Happy Saturday peeps! Coming to you today with a fab skincare (& now some makeup bits also) brand called - TATCHA , you guys might of heard of them! This is one luxury skincare brand that i would love UAE to get in their Sephora's asap. The whole aesthetic of this brand & the products themselves scream - LUXURY aka Dubai. So anyway lets get into the review.

I got two of their bestsellers to try sometime back from USA - the Classic Rice Enzyme Power & the Violet-C Radiance Mask (you know me i am all about masking since a long time now). Age can make you a lil paranoid :D

Classic Rice Enzyme Powder 

Its a water-activated exfoliating power & cleanser made of Rice Bran, Papaya (strangely, a fruit i cannot eat but can use in my skincare, go figure!) & their trade marked anti-aging HADASEI-3 complex. This is a very very very FINE (almost dust like) powder exfoliant which is meant for normal-to-dry skin, works beautifully for Oily skin too, even though it looks mighty fine it works like a bomb. Whenever i have used it my skin felt clean but not 'dry', which generally happens when i use exfoliators or baking powder products. I usually use this 3 times a week and sometimes, when my skin is extremely crummy or flaky, before makeup also. 

The amazing thing is its also available for specific skintypes ie: Oily, Dry & Sensitive skin also. I really want to try the Deep Powder (oily-normal) & Sensitive powder too now. I went with the classic because my skin is not as oily as it used to be but i do have my days, when the 'oil factory' is working in full swing! So wet your hands, sprinkle about a teaspoon amount in your palms, rub your hands together to make a paste and then start scrubbing. Thats all. The result is a clean face which feels smooth & scrubbed without the harshness, result is a squeaky clean face. Can be used as a mask also for 10-15 mins but i have not tried it in that way yet. 

The Violet-C Radiance Mask 

This is such a beautiful mask for anti-aging, radiance & glow for those weekly pamper sessions or before a special occasion. Its packed with Japanese Beautyberry (a purple Japanese berry which is rich in antioxidants & stabilizes the Vit C in the mask), 2 types of Vit C's & AHA's from 7 fruits. Its a very creamy & smooth mask, a rinse off. It has 2 types of Vit-C's - one is water soluble that absorbs quickly for immediate glow & the other Vit C is oil soluble which stays on & in the skin for longer, making the results/effects more prolonged, guards the skin against environmental damage for a glowing & radiant skin. The AHA gets rid off the dead skin & debris from the skin resulting in smoother skin & texture, promotes production of new skin cells aswell. This mask also houses Green Tea, Rice & Algae - all used for anti-aging & calming the skin down. 

My experience with this mask is & has been fantastic, its very rare that i see an immediate difference with any skin after trying something new (skincare in general does not work like that, it takes time) but with this mask i could def feel my skin was smoother & the fact i have textured skin i did feel the difference asap. Apart from the FUN color of the mask - PURPLE  & the super pretty yet luxurious packaging this mask is a must have for people who love a glowing mask which is rich in natural ingredients. It comes with a small spoon to scoop out the product with & is ideal for all skintypes. Its a very gentle yet effective mask. I have used this mask enough to recommend it now to you guys, if you are somebody who has a busy schedule & hectic work life, try this mask, its excellent for achieving a overall good, glowing smooth skin.
