STILA 'In The Light Palette' Swatches + Look + Review!

As the tittle suggest this post is about the very famous and cult STILA 'In the Light' Palette. This palette has been in my collection for a few month's now and i  love using it. Its a Cult product for a reason, i have categorized this as my 'holiday' palette. Its got everything in it for a versatile day-to-night look and in a very compact packaging!

The palette comes with a Full size brown Smudge Stick called DAMSEL, i would have preferred a Black Liner but i guess the brown one grows with the overall NEUTRAL theme of the palette (weird side-note about the smudge stick, it doesn't retract!!...why STILA??!!) :O

The palette comes with 10 shadows - 6 shimmer & 4 matte shades. The palette leans towards warm tone and has a versatile color selection. Good for day-to-night looks, makes for an amazing 'Holiday palette' as i stated earlier. The shadows can be applied wet or dry.

The shadows are very cohesive, as in they work well together as far as the shades  and deriving a desired look is concerned. 

The pigmentation is amazing and the shadows do blend very well, i do not care much for the 'ebony' shade though, like its good for smoking out a look but the intensity is not great. I have better black shadows from other brands which i would rather use instead of this. 

The packaging encompasses an amazing full size mirror and the packaging is very sturdy. 

The smudge stick is waterproof and matte, its amazing in  the waterline and the inner rim. Works well and the staying power is amazing. *thank god for BIODERMA!!* :D

Bare - matte ivory shade 

Kitten- Shimmery champagne 

Bliss -matte beige pink 

Sunset - shimmery canyon pink

EYELOOK.

1. Applied Bliss all over the lid.

2. Applied Night Sky over Bliss all over the lid.

3. Put SandStone in the crease.

4. Blended everything out.

5. Applied Kitten in the inner socket. 

6. Lined my upper inner rim with the Smudge Stick & also as an eyeliner. 

7. Mixed a lil Nightsky & Sandstone together and lined my waterline with it. 

8. Finally took a lil mixture of Bare & Bubbly and highlighted my brow bone with it. 

I totally recommend this palette to anybody wanting a Versatile Palette. The shades are amazing and so is the quality. Totally worth every penny! Its fast joining the list of my top 5 fav warm palettes.
