BOBBI BROWN Corrector & Concealer Kit Review!

So this is going to be another cult product review and its the Bobbi Brown - Creamy Corrector & Concealer Kit. I have had this for close to 10 months now and in all that time i have had a love-hate relationship with this product! I am being honest and that's what the goal of this Blog is.

 Lets just say its a product that no beauty junkie can imagine her arsenal without - whether its due to the love of the brand or the sheer fact that its an awesome product! So lets get cracking..

CORRECTOR - I got the shade DEEP PEACH ( as i have horrendous dark circles typical of Indian skintype). Its the perfect color and corrects any discoloration extremely well. Now here is the thing i am not fond of- its a bit too 'creamy & thick' for my taste. Performance wise its up there but texture is a lil bit too messy and thick. Everybody does not NEED a corrector but its a helpful thing in dire situations.

Having said that ,the feel also depends on the amount of 'layers' one piles on & the first time i tried it i applied solid 2 layers ( reason- wedding!! :D). Instantly did NOT LIKE it and stopped using it for a few months..went onto MAC & Estee Lauder. Come spring and i decided to try this again...I LOVED IT! 

This time i went in with a light layer and patting motion and really took my time in understanding as too how much is enough for my skintype and skintone. It worked wonderfully! Its a staple for me now. Repurchases here i come... :). The compact itself is small enough to fit into any makeup bag and has a decent mirror. 

CONCEALER -  The shade i got is NATURAL. Like the corrector this formula is also cream but this one turns a lil bit more creamy (if that makes sense!) when warmed up. Layers up beautifully on top of the corrector and i love using it as it is on days my dark circles decide to go on a holiday! 

Unlike the corrector i fell in love with this bugger from the get go.. this is actually my second purchase of this product and i can not finish my makeup without it. A lil bit does go a long way. The concealer comes with an amazing setting powder, in a way the powder just ties everything up PERFECTLY! 

Again the compact is tiny enough to fit in most makeup bags & comes with a mirror too.

WHO needs it :- 

People with dark blueish/greyish undereye circle for corrector and the concealer is good for anybody wanting to go that extra mile to achieve the 'picture perfect' finish.

People with dry undereye area & in need of some hydration.

People with lil discoloration.

If you are not a fan of Creamy texture i would suggest take a tester and test this product out first before committing.
