Hey beautiful....today's review is all sparkly and NEW YEAR'S EVE ready! This one comes from the +ByTerry OMBRE BLACK STAR eyeshadow stick in BLACK PEARL. This is such an excellent festive SMOKEY EYE kind of perfect shimmery blackish grey shade.
The shadow stick is so creamy and smooth. Not chunky atall, One can blend it out with hand or a brush and get any desired amount of smokiness. Its so easy to handle and control...i am totally addicted to these. There are many colors to choose from and the one i chose as my first was a sparkly one as its an excellent HOLIDAYS DECORATION for the eyes!
The eyeshadow when swatched is more darker and gets faded out when blended. That's the best part that i love about this stick, in the tube it seems more dense but when swatched and blended out this is just a sheer wash of amazingness. The color is a very dark silvery grey but it can be sheered out. I also like the fact this one goes over other shadows very well, so its an excellent layering product as well.
Below i have created a look using this eyeshadow and i went with the classic SMOKEY EYES with RED LIP= PERFECTO!!!! :D
EYES:-
1. Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer.
2. MAC WEDGE eyeshadow all over the lid.
3. BY TERRY OMBRE Blackstar Eyeshadow stick on top of MAC WEDGE, but concentrating only at the tip, for the smokey effect.
4. MAC NYLON in the inner corners.
5. Blending out the BYTERRY with MAC CORK & ESPRESSO upto to the brow bone.
