SCULPTED & STROBED FACE IN A PALETTE!

Hello ladies, so today its all about the sculpted & strobed/highlighted face! Thanks to this gorgeous creation from +tarte cosmetics . I have been wearing & using this for months now and i can honestly say its one of the best contour/highlighting palettes out there. Tarte as a brand is doing very well for sometime now, so the fantastic performance of this product came as no surprise to me. Lets dig in. 

TOO FACED SOUL MATES LOVE!

Another day another review and this one is so pretty and lovely! Its a bronzer from the pretty packaging geniuses TOO FACED! Its one of their's SOUL MATES blush-bronzer duos. I got my hands on the Carrie & Big one. I went looking for both the palettes but it goes to show how 'big' Ross-Rachel truly are because all the Sephora's were out of them. *real bummer :( * Anywho getting on with the review. 

MY PICKS FROM GUERLAIN SUMMER COLLECTION.

Hello lovelies! Today i am sharing some GUERLAIN love and my picks from one of their spring-summer collections. Guerlain came out with 3 collections to my knowledge, this one was the first one which came in the spring edit, then they launched 2 bronzer (02 /03) with colourful sleeves and the last is a limited edition guerlain summer'15 collection with one ultra luxurious bronzer (which they do every season/year), eye shadows, nailpaints, lipsticks and a compact foundation. I had picked these 2 products before going on a holiday and i have been loving them ever since. The mascara has become my fav this past month. Lets get to know this duo a bit more.

BRONZERS & DRUGSTORE! ft SOAP & GLORY SOLAR POWDER.

Bronzers are a good way to compensate for the lack of a holiday! To find the correct shade is often difficult as our skintones (knowing your undertone is of importance here) define the undertone of bronzer we go for. An ideal middle ground bronzer would be a true taupe-ish/brown shade (a color which mimics the shade and warms up the skin at the same time) but to find that in the drugstore is very very difficult. To get a more bronzed look, a bronzer with gold-brown tone is good. Having said that, all this obviously depends on your personal preference. The general rule of thumb is to choose a color which is 1-2 shades darker than your skintone. 

Myself, i like both the versions, the taupes are good for a more defined contoured+bronzed look and the gold+brown ones are good for an overall sun kissed look. Today's review is about a bronzer which is somewhere in the middle. 

BEEN HAULING! DRUGSTORE EDITION

So we all have those drugstore dash in's when we DO NOT buy any makeup related product! This haul is one of 'those', ok fine i got one 'makeup' related product! :D My last trip to boots resulted in me buying all things SOAP & GLORY. I have been obsessed with this brand since my introduction. They do Bath and Body products really well aswell as some makeup products ( sadly that range is not available in UAE yet!). My friend Zinobia from the Blog SparklesinmyPalette informed me of this Boots pharmacy which stocked all these goodies from S&G i rushed that instant! Heres the lowdown.

TARTE 'The Sculptor' Bronzer REVIEW!

Another amazing product to review and this one is from TARTE. Its their famous signature 'Park Ave Princess' Bronzer in a Pencil form. I was really intrigued by this bronzer, its been out for a while now but i really wanted to give this one a go for a longer time as this would be the first of its kinds in my routine. I have always wanted to try out creme/pencil bronzer so when the opportunity came i picked up this one as Tarte is one of the brands i genuinely like and appreciate as they are cruelty & paraben free.
