'MAC' ABOUT RED LIPS! *MAC HAUL*

As promised here is one major part of my recent MAC haul! Its all RED & all LIPSTICKS! You know the phase when your brain goes in a loop and you keep doing the same thing over and over again without thinking much about it...thats what happened here! I just went on a loop. There is however a repurchase in this haul, also one back to mac but all in all i was just thinking, doing & buying RED!! Without further ado lets see all the swatches. Btw 3 of them are Retro Matte (RM) & 3 are Matte (M).

These shades are all very close to one other in color i still love them, i always end up giving my lipsticks to f&f (thats what happened with MAC Mehr which was supposed to be a part of this haul but my sis snatched it up!!). I am sure majority of you already know mac and these lipsticks but i would still want to give my two-cents on these shades. ;D

Relentlessly Red (RM): first of all this shade name is a tongue twister like seriously i can never pronounce it correctly at first try. Anyways this was the shade i was dodging for the longest time because i was never too sure about it. This time i just went ahead with it and seriously i am in love with this shade now. Its a bright neon orangey-red, thats what i see atleast! Its warm tone so would look good on almost everybody. Its almost as iconic as ruby woo and rightly so because its a instant pick me up color which works both as a strong lip or as a stain too. 

All fired Up (RM): this is a redder sister of relentlessly red and again its a retro matte so uber pigmented aswell. This too is a great pick for SS time also it would suit almost all skintones without a doubt. It was always out of stock in dubai, the first mac store i went to in india it was the first thing i asked for and bought. *obsessed much!* Anyways the shade is beautiful and wears like all retro mattes, wherein lip balm is a must. 

Ruby Woo (RM): this is a repurchase as my sister snatched up the one i had on me! Its such a cult/iconic lipstick from mac, i did not even wait to land in dubai i bought it at the New Delhi Airport. The second i had it in my hand my heart was at peace! Ruby woo is a true blue red which is a universally flattering shade and is the most bought lipstick from MAC period. Wears like all RM lipsticks and does require reapplication but seriously with RM finish from MAC i am paying for the color not the weartime. 

Stunner (M): this was a limited edition if i am not wrong, atleast thats what the SA at MAC told me when i picked this one up. It was part of the NASTY GIRL collection, i might be wrong but i had never seen this shade at mac apart from that one time. Anyways this is matte and does have a creamy matte finish. Goes on smooth and stains. This is a creamier and pinker version of ruby woo, as in it does have a bit of pink in there which gives it a soft red color as opposed to the true red color of ruby woo. Its very similar to Ruby Woo, Riri Woo & Mac Red though. 

Tenor Voice (M): this one was pure destiny! Its from the TOLEDO collaboration with MAC which came out last month. I missed this collection in INDIA & DUBAI both as i was away on vacation, this collection was out of stock in both the locations and i was so bummed that i missed another collection from MAC which really had me excited. Just so happens i went into MAC last week for a BTM and there it was (along with a mascara and a blush from this collection), sitting behind the counter. I asked if this was in stock and IT WAS!! I was ecstatic, snatched it up right then and there. This shade is very comparable to ruby woo in general but this has more of an orange undertone and is matte too which means its creamier than Ruby Woo and stays on for longer. Goes on smooth and stains. 

CHILI (M): is an oldie but a goodie! I always wanted to get this one but it was always out of stock, finally got it this month. Chili is also a red but its a red with a brownish undertone, this would look good on any skintone in my opinion because different natural lip colors will wear this lipcolor differently. So do try this one before buying it. Its def a red which in my opinion is good for fall but i like wearing it nowadays too, just a lil dab on the lips and fading it out with my fingers. This also is matte so goes on smooth and stays for long. It does not however stain the lips as strongly as the other shades mentioned above.
