Hello Lovelies! Sorry for being MIA but i just had to take a break from blogging was suffering from writers block. No inspiration, no will and was just down in the dumps. But now i am back and you can expect back-to-back reviews till the end of this month including an exciting giveaway! More on that later but keep an eye out for the same. So today's review is about these gorgeous bronzers from the famous brand MAKEUP FOREVER. These are the PRO BRONZERS which were launched as part of the 'LIFE IS A STAGE' event last month. Lets get to know these better now shall we.
The two i have in hand are amazing! One is a complete full-on matte & the other is more warm tone with specks of micro-shimmer running through it. These bronzers comes in 2 finishes one Luminous Matte for an undetectable nude finish and the other Lightly Iridescent for a warm glowing complexion. There are 6 shades (Honey, Amber,Sand, Cinnamon, Sienna & Caramel) available and cater to all skintypes (light 2/medium 2/dark 2). I have the shades 30M & 35I. The NEW pro bronzers are sweat-proof & water-proof gel compact bronzers that deliver a natural sun-kissed look.They go on as a smooth creamy bronzer without the traditional powdery finish, they blend without any trace & streaks. Holds in every weather & situation.
I have had these bronzers for over 2 weeks now and i have to say i am impressed. The formula is like nothing that i have experienced before, they swatch so well and wore well too. The blending required is minimal with these as these are so creamy. The warmer one 35I is perfect for bronzing up ones face without looking over-the-top and the darker one 30M is more grey-toned & its great for contouring too in my case. Both the bronzers are amazing and pigmented as hell. The fact that the compacts are so fine and soft the blendibility is outstanding. The bronzers are housed in a nice sturdy high-durability plastic and have a full-size mirror so perfect for on-the-go requirements.
The PRO BRONZERS are best used as advised with this NEW KABUKI brush from this range, its got a combination of straight & wavy fibers for a smooth & even application which is streak proof & traceless. I have used this brush with these bronzers and i have got to say its a match made in heaven! The brush being flat topped is amazing for achieving intensity but at the same time because its flat topped when tilted one can get a precise 'contoured' line for more definition. This blends the bronzers well and can easily be carried around because of its tiny frame.
