Hey loves....so this review is about the ever so famous eyeliner pencil by +Stila UK. Got this pencil from the US and have been addicted to it since, specially now in the fall. Its a perfect alternative to the traditional 'black' eyeliner. So without further ado lets get on with the review.
The design of the pencil in itself is very traditional, there is nothing extraordinary about it apart from the closing mechanism. When you close the pencil the cap has a 'cushion' kind of filling inside which bounces the pencil back, this mechanism is specially excellent for keeping the nib in shape and also keeps it hydrated for longer (increasing the shelf life). This eyeliner is waterproof and does not leak, sets pretty quick too.
The nib in length and design is highly comparable to the Lo'real superliner eye pencil. The only difference is that the stila one is a bit more flexible which in my case is a bad sign and the wear and tear time is reduced greatly. Thats the ONLY thing i did not like about this liner. After a few days use i could see the nib had become a little fickle and weak.
The liner nib is soft enough and hard too for it to be able to form a line without tugging at ones eye. The other point being that it goes on without skipping and has no fallout watsoever and DOES NOT SMUDGE.

The color payoff is amazing and the staying power is excellent. I have been hunting down the BLACK liner from this range but its always out of stock and in dubai its not even available. So i am a little frustrated on that front. In the above pic i have attached a look in which i was wearing it. The color i picked up was MIDNIGHT, it almost looks black at first glance, one really has to pay close attention if you want to make out the difference.
I still love my Lo'real Superline and and my soul mate the EYEKO 'I DO' eyeliner but the stila one is up there too, just because of the staying power and the pigmentation. There are 15 shades in all to choose from.
