Hey Lovelies! This month's GLAMBOX is here.... so this month to be honest i was a lil disappointed as the products weren't 'holiday season' relevant atall! The box was on a more 'winter special' theme. I am also sorry for the fact that i could not do a November Glambox post, as i was really busy with work and the on-set of the holidays. So without further ado lets get on with it.
So this month we got a lot of skincare with a side dish of randomness (hair fibers...!!!!??!)
The few bits i liked from this box were :
1. NIVEA 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water- good for non waterproof makeup and daily toning.
2. Labello Lip Balm - trusted old thing and always helpful to have on hand, specially in this weather.
3. Dr. G Hydra Intensive Mask- amazing sheet mask, i could actually feel and see a difference in my skin after using it. Would def be purchasing one on my own.
The duds of this box are:
1. The DermaE TRIO- this sample pack is not something i was excited for, as the sample size is just not enough. But the product texture and quality did seem very high end and good. Sorry but that's all i can get.
2. TOPPIK Hair Fibers- do not know how to use them neither do i have any interest. But i am def curious.
Now my reasons are pretty simple of not liking these 2 product/samples, firstly i don't see how i can test a product with a single time use sample/portion and secondly (gladly & fortunately) i do not have the need for Hair Fibers.
Now having said all that i have to be honest and say that i wasn't blown away or even remotely excited for this box. I was just happy that there were 3 products which were almost all full size which i could actually use and find a use for in my routine.
Also keeping in mind this would have been the last box of 2014, Glambox could have gone out with a bang.
Lets hope they are planning to bring in the New Year (JAN BOX) with a boom.
