DIORBLUSH CHEEKSTICK -COSMOPOLITE COLLECTION REVIEW.

Hello lovelies! Another exciting review for me personally, i am so happy and hooked with this product. This DIOR limited edition Cosmopolite Cheek Blush came in sephora middle east last month and i picked up just one shade the darkest of the 3, as it is a really unique shade in my opinion. The shade i picked up is ROSEWOOD and it seriously is a lovely Fall blush shade. Lets get on with the review shall we..

This blush is available in 3 shades : Rosewood; Pink & Coral. The one i picked up is the darkest of the whole lot and i really did not have any trouble choosing, the pink was too pink for me and the coral was not unique enough, you know what i mean. Like i have 2/3 other coral shades which are really pretty in the same formulation. The texture of these compared to the Chanel Glow Sticks is so much better. The Chanel Glow sticks were not as pigmented or creamy in my opinion, thats one of the reasons why i did not buy the Chanel glow sticks. The dior one was love at first site. These are on the lines of 'chubby sticks' the Chanel ones are thinner in comparison. Chanel has more product though (8gms) compared to these, but that being said the Chanel Glow Sticks are also more expensive than the dior ones in comparison. The DIOR pigment and texture is outstanding and i am soo sorry for writing the review now when most likely these are not in store, but they are available as of now at sephora.com. These are seriously one of the best cream-to-powder formulations i have tried in a long time.

The color ROSEWOOD is really nice for fall and otherwise too. It goes on really easily, like literally glides on, reminds me of my Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer in the stick form. The packaging is really nothing new but it looks classy and minimalistic. The stick is a standard twist up which dispenses the product as one wants it. Packaging though a lil chunky is still travel friendly. Rosewood is a warm medium tone dusty rose shade which comes across more peach than rose. Its what makes it a very unique blush, its the type of shade one would want to have in ones 'neutral/natural lips arsenal'. The blush glides on and blends beautifully and applies nicely on my foundations. The blush sets very quick so one has to act fast. I apply it directly from the stick and mostly blend it with my fingers but sometimes i use my RT stippling brush also. It stayed on me for almost the whole day, towards the end it had faded quite a bit though. Its not patchy like the Chanel Glow Sticks & has a seamless glide. All in all a perfect cream-to-powder finish blush and a good price point considering the brand.
