Hello Lovelies! So another FASHION review for you guys, i had the pleasure of attending the 'STYLE HEROES' capsule collection launch of DOROTHY PERKINS for AW'15 last week and the pieces are to die for. Everything in one collection that one would need to fix-up ones wardrobe for Fall! The pieces are really pretty and essential. Something which anybody can add on and layer with. So i got a few clicks for you guys, lets get on with the review/update shall we..
The pieces are so fall appropriate and trendy. The whole idea behind this capsule collection is something that is so brilliant for this season and for a 'smart fashionista' . A small selection without overwhelming the customer, at the same time some key essential pieces which will add chic & glam to your fall look. The key pieces are the Pinny dresses, the Skinny pants & the Shoe-boots/Ankle boots. The Beige Shoe-Boots are my everything, i am in love. Really thinking of picking them up. These are so chic and on trend, stunning design and comfortable as hell. Faux fur jackets/coats are so in for this season, def not a daywear here in Dubai but on a night out with the girls, pair it with a satin strappy top and jeans/skirt, add some heels and you are sorted.
The collection is designed in such a way that these pieces can be worn together or individually throughout fall. The pieces are mostly neutrals to help make them more versatile & wearable, be it within the collection or paired up with something new/old. I am in love with the ankle boots and the various blouse/tops from this collection, i like my simplicity but during fall i love to layer-up so for me to have something striking yet comfortable is a must. The suede light brown pinny dress is also one of my favs from this collection. Dress them up with some heels and bare legs or for the comfortable lot like moi pair them up with some leggings and ankle boots, seriously a-h-mazing!
This whole collection screams Classic English Chic to me which i am really digging this season (actually all seasons, i am an old soul so i love simple cuts and designs, its very rare that i will ever go for 'funky' prints or fashion). The prints and cuts are so beautiful yet so simple. This collection is def for ladies who love their European fashion & simplicity. The light weight trench coats are also stunning and would be amazing to throw on over a sheer blouse, a good pair of fitted jeans/bf jeans. Dress it up with shoe-boots or dress them down for a casual affair with some ankle boots. Dorothy Perkins has done an amazing job with this collection and you should def check them out. The collection is filled with Fall Fashion MUST HAVES!
